Qualitek Labs is looking for a PPAP Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience in PPAP documentation, APQP, and quality systems, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit PPAP packages as per customer requirements.
  Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier teams for PPAP approvals.
• Develop and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and SPC documents.
• Update quality documentation based on engineering changes.
• Track PPAP status and ensure timely customer submissions and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant PPAP experience
• Strong understanding of Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan)
