Qualitek Labs Limited is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors
• Handle RFQs, tenders, quotation comparisons, negotiations, and purchase orders
• Manage procurement of laboratory equipment, testing instruments, chemicals, consumables, spare parts, IT, infrastructure, office requirements, and services
• Handle CAPEX & OPEX procurement
• Drive cost optimization, price benchmarking, and alternate sourcing
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and commercial terms
• Manage AMC/CMC, service contracts, and recurring procurement requirements
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Technical, Laboratory, Engineering, IT, Administration, and Operations teams
• Prepare procurement MIS, spend analysis, vendor performance reports, and cost-saving reports
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality, compliance, and commercial efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience in strategic sourcing and commercial evaluation
- Hands-on experience with RFQ/tender processes and purchase orders
- Good understanding of CAPEX/OPEX procurement
- Strong analytical and cost-optimization skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
