Cosmetics are used almost universally on a regular basis. The safety in cosmetics and toiletries is of prime importance, as only safe products should be used by consumers. An EWG analysis of government and industry sources shows that at least 146 cosmetic ingredients may contain harmful impurities linked to cancer and other serious health hazards.
