Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal
FCA, IPAlok is having experience of over 25 years in practice. He is an eminent name in the Finance & Taxation profession. His expertise is to develop high quality business strategies and plan ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. He always mentors his leading and motivating subordinates and oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
His aim is to revolutionize the profession with his out-of-the-box thinking and belief in knowledge sharing. He also believes in the ‘People-first’ approach and empowers his employees. Besides TIC Services, he is a promoter of Group of Companies like ASC, BSP and number of Start-ups. Automation & Digitalization in TIC industry to take it to next level is his dream.
He is the author of two well-known books ‘All India Taxes, A Ready Referencer’ and ‘All India VAT Ready Reckoner’ and was the first author to merge and collate various kinds of taxes and all tax-related laws into a single book.
He is also a prolific speaker and has hosted many lectures and seminars pertaining to the issues of Taxation, Corporate Finance, RBI regulations and Auditing. Responsible for setting up ASC and taking it to new heights, he is a renowned expert on Direct & Indirect Taxation Practices and Government Regulations.

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Mayank Garg is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where he graduated with First Division. He brings strong knowledge in corporate governance, legal compliance, and business strategy, with hands-on experience supporting both listed and unlisted entities.
He has worked with reputed organizations such as NBCC (India) Limited and Emaar India Limited, contributing to various aspects of secretarial and legal functions. His expertise includes drafting annual reports, managing share capital, conducting AGMs, and ensuring timely regulatory filings under MCA and SEBI.
Mayank has a keen interest in corporate restructuring, sustainability reporting, and compliance management. He has also assisted in legal matters such as contract review, litigation support, and audits including Secretarial and Corporate Governance Audits.
He has completed certifications in Advanced Corporate Strategy from IIM Bangalore and Intellectual Property Strategy from IIT Kharagpur. At Qualitek Labs Limited, he is committed to supporting robust compliance frameworks and adding value through a proactive and learning-oriented approach.
